Shanda had copied *Legend of Mir* under *The World of Legend*, prompting the lawsuit. In choosing their company name, the developers made the point that “We made *Legend of Mir*”. Shanda settled the lawsuit by acquiring Actoz and operating it as Shanda Korea.
