In 2003 he became a Global Brand Director at Frank151 and then a Marketer at Vice Magazine until 2004. It was a troubling time for Melker, who received threats and became the target of anger. Melker refuted the claims and announced he would steer clear of tweeting about projects with small market caps altogether.
