Since 2024, he has served as Chief Technology Officer of [o1.exchange](https://iq.wiki/wiki/o1exchange), where he oversees the platform’s technical development.\n\nBefore joining [o1.exchange](https://iq.wiki/wiki/o1exchange), Chang was a Lead AI/ML Engineer at Niantic, working on artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. In 2023, he co-founded Datalance and also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at DeepMotion.\n\nEarlier in his career, he held software engineering roles at Salesforce, Square, and SAP, contributing to product and platform development. While studying at the University of California, Berkeley, he participated in entrepreneurial and technology-focused organizations, including Convergent, where he helped co-found a news recommendation startup, and Entrepreneurs@Berkeley. He also served on the finance and technology committees of Berkeley Phi Beta Lambda.
