He later became a Senior Software Engineer, where he helped rebuild Box Preview as a modular JavaScript library and worked on Box Annotations. He was subsequently promoted to Staff Software Engineer and Manager, leading the Preview and Elements team while continuing to contribute technically to its software projects.  Jin joined Twitch as Director of Engineering, where he led the Video Clients team responsible for video player and broadcasting SDKs for Twitch and Amazon Interactive Video Service. He then became an Engineering Manager at Jump Crypto, supporting engineering teams working on [Wormhole](https://iq.wiki/wiki/wormhole), a blockchain interoperability protocol. The protocol uses a decentralized Guardian network to validate and sign cross-chain messages, while its infrastructure includes asset-transfer protocols, developer tools, and transaction-monitoring services that support multichain applications.
