He later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at Harvard Business School, part of Harvard University. He later co-founded the Singapore chapter of ShARE and worked on strategy and growth projects for early-stage companies. From 2018 to 2019, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising corporations and public sector clients on strategy, digital transformation, and financial services initiatives.\n\n### Venture Building and Investment\n\nBetween 2019 and 2021, Lin worked at FutureLabs Ventures in Singapore, where he held roles including Chief of Staff and Venture Builder, focusing on developing and scaling new ventures. During this period, he also served as a private investor in Shengyuan Environmental Protection. From 2021 to 2022, he joined Plug and Play Tech Center, where he led crypto and Web3 initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region and worked on corporate partnerships in financial technology.\n\n### Investment and Web3 Leadership\n\nLin became a founding member and investor at Alumni & Angels between 2021 and 2023. He later joined GSR Ventures as a Partner from 2022 to 2023, focusing on investments in fintech, artificial intelligence, and blockchain sectors. In 2023–2024, he served as President of Harvard Blockchain, where he contributed to organizing industry events and initiatives.\n\n### Recent Activities\n\nIn 2024, Lin co-founded Optimum, where he serves as Co-Founder.
