In 2021, He went ahead and founded the [SMC DAO](https://iq.wiki/wiki/smc-dao) project. The DAO started as a small community on Telegram to educate people about [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain) technology and [cryptocurrencies](https://iq.wiki/wiki/cryptocurrency) . Every member of the SMC DAO community is called a Believer.
