{"id":"linklayer-ai","title":"LinkLayer AI","content":"**LinkLayer AI** is a [Web3](https://iq.wiki/wiki/web3) infrastructure project that uses trading data and user activity to support [AI-powered Agent](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ai-agents) services. Its ecosystem includes LLAx, an earned participation token that can be converted into LLA, a value and [governance token](https://iq.wiki/wiki/governance-tokens) tied to protocol revenue and governance. [\\[1\\]](#cite-id-QYvrmGpToCalnaDB) \n\n## Overview\n\nLinkLayer AI is an [agent](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ai-agents)-native trading intelligence protocol that aggregates users’ live trading data from exchange read-only APIs and on-chain addresses with public market data. The system continuously analyzes holdings, trading activity, liquidity conditions, funding rates, volatility, and other market factors to assess position states and risk exposure. Rather than relying on periodic reports, its [Agents](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ai-agents) operate continuously around users’ active positions, providing position-state analysis, risk boundaries, execution debriefs, and position-management guidance. The protocol also seeks to turn trading behavior and verified participation into on-chain assets and incentives. Its framework centers on three components: state assets, which represent an interpretable view of a position’s phase, liquidity, and risk; Agent capabilities, which provide continuously operating and feedback-responsive trading intelligence; and verifiable execution, where transparent on-chain trading activity can serve as an independently verifiable record. [\\[5\\]](#cite-id-qOEw68XtjcQZtD2A) \n\n## Products\n\n### BEP20 Agent\n\nThe BEP20 Agent is designed to monitor and interpret the on-chain liquidity structure of [BEP20](https://iq.wiki/wiki/bep-20) tokens that users already hold or are tracking. It does not recommend assets or predict price movements; instead, it evaluates liquidity depth, capital flows, trading activity, and swap behavior to determine the underlying condition of a token’s market. The Agent identifies changes such as weakening liquidity, sustained pressure, or significant deterioration and translates these on-chain signals into interpretable liquidity states. This provides context for assessing whether a token’s liquidity environment is strengthening, weakening, or becoming increasingly fragile. [\\[6\\]](#cite-id-ZMkP6LxpmXQn6faB) \n\n### Alpha Agent\n\nThe Alpha Agent is designed to monitor [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) Alpha tokens that users already hold, focusing on the current liquidity and structural condition of those positions rather than recommending new assets or scanning the broader market. It uses a state-machine framework to classify holdings into phases such as accumulation, acceleration, contestation, and decay, providing a structured assessment of where a position stands within its trading cycle. The Agent also monitors liquidity depth, concentration, slippage-sensitive areas, capital flows, and activity from key addresses to identify changes that could affect a holding’s underlying structure. It generates state updates and risk alerts based on factors such as liquidity withdrawals, weakening buy-side support, address transfers, and changes in capital structure, distinguishing these developments from short-term price movements. [\\[7\\]](#cite-id-W8YHoFAa9uUiSQ0o) \n\n### Perps Agent\n\nThe Perps Agent monitors users’ real perpetual futures positions on centralized exchanges through read-only API access. It tracks position direction, size, leverage, margin, liquidation price, unrealized P\\&L, funding rates, and concentration, while incorporating external factors such as volatility, funding-rate crowding, liquidity changes, and [liquidation](https://iq.wiki/wiki/liquidation) activity to assess risk and provide position-management guidance. The Agent also analyzes historical trading paths to identify behavioral patterns and events associated with losses, drawdowns, or liquidations. Its data-reward mechanism uses verifiable risk events to calculate LLAx rewards, with an initial six-month retrospective assessment followed by ongoing monthly calculations; LLAx can be used for certain platform services and converted to LLA through a one-way conversion that burns the LLAx. [\\[8\\]](#cite-id-BKoAKATwShgxuY95) \n\n### Trading Agent\n\nThe Trading Agent is an executable trading system designed to develop its capabilities through continuous operation and learning from real market activity. Rather than functioning primarily as a user-facing trading tool, it operates from an independent on-chain wallet and executes strategies on [decentralized exchanges](https://iq.wiki/wiki/decentralized-exchange), creating a publicly traceable and immutable record of its trading activity. Its capabilities are developed through ongoing calibration to real positions and market conditions rather than solely through historical backtesting. The resulting record can be evaluated based on factors such as execution consistency, risk management, and performance, allowing the Agent itself to become the subject of prediction markets. Fees from these markets are distributed to participants in LLA, which can subsequently be used within the broader ecosystem. [\\[9\\]](#cite-id-ISXY0OnESIpO3vWx) \n\n### Piloter Agent\n\nThe Piloter Agent is LinkLayerAI’s on-demand market analysis product for research conducted before a trading position is opened. Unlike the protocol’s other [Agents](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ai-agents), which continuously monitor positions that users already hold, Piloter Agent is activated when a user has a specific research question. It covers [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) spot and contract markets through two modules: **Picker**, which analyzes a specific asset’s liquidity over multiple time horizons, and **Tracker**, which screens the market for assets that meet selected technical-indicator conditions.\n\n* Picker is designed for users who already have a particular coin in mind and want to assess its liquidity structure over time. A user selects an asset and market type, after which the module provides separate written analyses for the 15-minute, four-hour, and one-day horizons. The analysis considers liquidity as a changing structural condition rather than a single metric, allowing short-term changes to be distinguished from broader liquidity trends. It then provides an overall assessment that combines the three timeframes. The module applies the same liquidity-interpretation approach used by LinkLayerAI’s position-monitoring [Agents](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ai-agents), but makes it available on demand before a position is established.\n* Tracker addresses the opposite situation, where a user has a trading strategy or technical condition in mind but has not selected an asset. It uses a categorized library of technical-indicator strategies to screen [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) markets and identify coins that currently satisfy the selected conditions. The process begins with strategy selection, after which the system returns the assets that match rather than presenting an undifferentiated market scan. Results include trading links for the identified assets, allowing the screening process to function as a starting point for further research. [\\[10\\]](#cite-id-VBLuUyRcCA9dDOR8) \n\n### Guard Agent\n\nGuard Agent is a standalone Telegram-based monitoring service within LinkLayerAI that evaluates token liquidity across both [centralized exchanges](https://iq.wiki/wiki/cex-centralized-exchange) and on-chain [liquidity pools](https://iq.wiki/wiki/liquidity-pool). It focuses on tokens that are simultaneously listed on [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) and represented in [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) Chain [liquidity pools](https://iq.wiki/wiki/liquidity-pool), combining exchange order-book depth, spot and contract market activity, pool reserves, liquidity-provider behavior, and other market-structure data to assess the token’s overall liquidity condition. Rather than treating liquidity deterioration as a single event, the Agent classifies the combined state into green, yellow, or red conditions based on factors such as stable liquidity, weakening depth, significant pool withdrawals, order-book deterioration, or simultaneous liquidity withdrawal across both venues. The cross-venue approach is intended to identify conditions that may not be visible when exchange and on-chain liquidity are monitored separately.\n\nGuard Agent provides continuous monitoring rather than one-time analysis through three delivery methods: daily briefings covering the status of watched tokens, real-time alerts when liquidity conditions deteriorate, and on-demand queries for the current state of a specific token. Its output consists of a liquidity-state determination and the structural factors supporting that assessment rather than buy or sell recommendations. The product combines capabilities found elsewhere in LinkLayerAI—on-chain liquidity interpretation from the [BEP20](https://iq.wiki/wiki/bep-20) Agent, state-based monitoring and alerts from the Alpha Agent, and centralized-market data analysis from the Perps Agent—into a cross-venue liquidity monitoring system delivered through Telegram. [\\[11\\]](#cite-id-gn0FSF8vXp6a5qFA) \n\n## LLAx\n\nLLAx is LinkLayerAI’s behavioral incentive token, designed to reward verifiable participation in the ecosystem rather than being acquired through secondary-market purchases. Users can earn LLAx through five channels: purchasing platform services, contributing historical trading data, maintaining continuous trading-data authorization, referring paying users, and holding assets on the [BNB Chain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance-smart-chain). The rewards are weighted according to the type and continuity of participation, with service purchases and ongoing data contributions receiving greater allocations than referrals and one-time holding snapshots. Trading data and on-chain activity are independently verified, with fabricated or simulated participation excluded from rewards.\n\nLLAx has two primary utilities: it can be used to pay for selected LinkLayerAI services or converted into LLA, the protocol’s value and [governance token](https://iq.wiki/wiki/governance-tokens). The conversion is one-way, with LLAx permanently burned when converted into LLA; LLAx cannot be converted back. The token therefore functions as an intermediary between measurable user participation and the broader protocol’s value and governance layer. [\\[2\\]](#cite-id-vG6nOc4LgaV78ALn) \n\n### LLA\n\nLLA is LinkLayerAI’s core value and [governance token](https://iq.wiki/wiki/governance-tokens), intended to capture value generated through the protocol’s long-term economic activity. Revenue from sources such as Agent services, risk and data services, API licensing, and prediction-related fees is directed through a [smart-contract](https://iq.wiki/wiki/smart-contract)-based buyback mechanism that repurchases and burns LLA. This links the token’s value-accrual mechanism to protocol revenue and activity. As a [governance token](https://iq.wiki/wiki/governance-tokens), it provides holders with participation in decisions involving the ecosystem, protocol upgrades, and parameter changes. Unlike LLAx, which is used to reward user participation and can be converted into LLA, LLA is positioned as the long-term value-bearing and governance asset within LinkLayerAI’s economic model.
