[\\[6\\]](#cite-id-kMqWNRV5kF)\n\n## Career & Experience\n\nKevin He is a technology entrepreneur and [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain) developer with experience spanning software engineering, public [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain) architecture, and [decentralized finance (DeFi)](https://iq.wiki/wiki/defi) infrastructure.\n\nHe began his career in 2010 at Kaixinren Information Technology, where he held roles ranging from engineer to technology manager, contributing to the development of social and mobile games, including *Happy City*, one of China’s early large-scale social games. From 2013 to 2017, he co-founded Bugtags, a SaaS platform providing testing and task management tools for app developers. The platform reached significant adoption, serving tens of thousands of enterprise users and millions of daily active devices.\n\nIn 2018, He joined YOUChain as Chief Architect, where he led the design and launch of its public [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain).
