{"id":"doodles","title":"Doodles","content":"**Doodles** is a community-driven [Non-Fungible Token](https://iq.wiki/wiki/non-fungible-token-nft) (NFT) project featuring art by [Scott Martin](https://iq.wiki/wiki/scott-martin), a Canadian illustrator, designer, animator, and muralist, better known as Burnt Toast. [\\[1\\]](#cite-id-wuhvf84cn8)\n\n## Overview\n\nDoodles is a community-driven collectibles NFT project. Doodle NFTs are made up of over a hundred traits of faces, hair, hats, body, and backgrounds. Each Doodle is a unique Non-Fungible Token (NFT) on the [Ethereum](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ethereum) [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain). [\\[3\\]](#cite-id-i2bix6d19lo)\n\nHolding a Doodle allows users to participate in coordinating the Doodles Community Treasury. Holders can vote for experiences, activations, and campaigns that benefit the Doodles community.\n\nThe Doodles public sale opened on October 17, 2021. [\\[1\\]](#cite-id-wuhvf84cn8)\n\nThe Doodles collection is created of 265 traits. There are also special doodles with special heads, faces, and 62 custom doodles, that were hand-drawn by Burnt Toast. [\\[2\\]](#cite-id-t67ihfn06hi)\n\n## Notable Sales\n\nOn October 18, 2021, Gold Alien Doodle #2912 sold for 50 ETH ($186,642) on [OpenSea](https://iq.wiki/wiki/opensea).[\\[4\\]](#cite-id-ebu4uhz58mh)  The same day, [Stellar](https://iq.wiki/wiki/stellar) Doodle #7573 and Brittle Bones Doodle #9243 sold for 50 ETH each.  [\\[5\\]](#cite-id-3jokmuijpsg)[\\[6\\]](#cite-id-np609ibshc)\n\nOn October 19, 2021, Evan Keast, one of the Doodles founders, bought Doodle #316 with rainbow puke for 100 ETH ($386,268). In a tweet thread, he stated the reason for purchase: \"We like the @doodles .\" [\\[7\\]](#cite-id-xf96pcm3hlm)\n\n## Collaboration with Kellogg's\n\nOn October 1, 2025, Doodles launched a collaboration with Kellogg's cereal brand Froot Loops. The partnership involved the sale of 500 limited-edition, custom-designed Froot Loops boxes featuring Doodles' characters alongside the brand's [toucan](https://iq.wiki/wiki/toucan-protocol) mascot. The boxes were priced at $50 each and sold out within a few hours. The physical boxes did not contain cereal but came with a digital collectible in the form of an NFT minted on [Base](https://iq.wiki/wiki/base), [Coinbase's](https://iq.wiki/wiki/coinbase) [Ethereum](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ethereum) layer-2 network.
