He also gained experience with emerging technologies such as AI-assisted surgery and 3D printing for surgical planning. This work exposed him to the challenges of handling sensitive medical data subject to regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR, which influenced his later interest in privacy-focused digital solutions.\n\nFrom 2010 to 2021, Pusateri held roles at several healthcare and technology companies, including Danaher Corporation, Henry Schein, Acteon Group, TrueJaw 3D Printed Surgical Replicas, and ClaroNav. In these positions, he was involved in medical device sales, surgical navigation technologies, and 3D-printed surgical modeling.
