He currently attends the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he will earn an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management in 2028. In 2014, he joined Singtel as a Management Associate, where he led e-commerce logistics for a new business unit and doubled its revenue month over month during its first three months. From July 2014 to June 2015, he worked in Revenue Operations at Twitter in Singapore, focusing on campaign optimization across Asia-Pacific, including Japan, Australia, India, Southeast Asia, and Greater China.\n\nFrom May 2014 to August 2017, Yang co-founded and served as CEO of KeyReply, an AI chatbot company developing customer engagement and support solutions for governments and enterprises. Its clients included Singapore's Ministry of Communications and Information (Gov.SG), MSIG, Goldheart, and SGAG. The company was backed by investors and accelerator programmes including AngelPad, Blue Startups, and QuestVC.
