He then joined Dell in October 2002 as an Enterprise Service Manager, leading a technical support team through 2007, before becoming a Business Development Manager II focused on internet services from 2007 to 2009. In that role, he worked on service revenue development with major Chinese internet companies including Baidu, Sohu, and Sina.\n\nIn June 2010, Qu joined ChinaNetCenter as Business Development Director, working with major internet companies and developing service revenue for the company's CDN and IDC businesses. He became Sales Director in January 2013, leading a large-account sales team serving major internet companies in northern China. From January 2015 to November 2016, he served as Vice General Manager of ChinaNetCenter's Beijing branch, where he led a team focused on large internet accounts in northern China.
