The company reported that the round brought its total funding to $50 million. Indexers ingest blockchain and user-supplied offchain data. Validators use [Byzantine Fault Tolerant](https://iq.wiki/wiki/byzantine-fault-tolerance) consensus to agree on cryptographic commitments representing the state of data tables. Provers execute SQL queries and generate cryptographic proofs through Proof of SQL. Space and Time Labs was renamed MakeInfinite Labs, which remains a contributor to the network under CEO [Nate Holiday](https://iq.wiki/wiki/nate-holiday). The Foundation is governed by a board separate from MakeInfinite Labs. Scott Dykstra joined the Foundation as Contributor #001 with engineering leadership responsibilities.
